The Services may include social media features such as Facebook and X buttons and widgets such as a “Share” button or interactive mini-programs. These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting and may set a cookie so that the feature works properly. They are hosted either by a Third Party or directly on the Services, and your interactions with them are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them. To protect you from automatic data transfer to social media providers, we use a two-click approach: data is only transferred once you agree to it, case by case or permanently, by activating the relevant sharing button. You can withdraw a permanent agreement at any time.
3.2 How we use your information
Our primary goals in using the information we collect and store are to provide a better gaming experience, provide and improve the Services, contact you, conduct marketing and research activities and create reports for internal use. We store information on servers located in the United States and may store information on servers, cloud technologies and equipment in other countries. We collect, store, use and process Personal Information for business purposes including the following.
- Providing the Services or information you request. - Telling you about our games, products and Services. We may use Personal Information to send you materials about offers, products and Services that may interest you, including new games and content, through in-game offers, push notifications, social network notifications, online or offline marketing or email as permitted by law. This includes delivering advertising and promotional information, tailoring content, ads and offers and telling you about rewards, surveys, contests or other events run by us or our Business Partners. You can opt out at any time by using the opt-out link in any marketing email, by turning off notifications in your device or SNS settings or by contacting us at info@duste.co, at no cost.
- Sending push notifications. Our mobile games may occasionally send push notifications with game updates, high scores and other Service-related notices. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.
- Using anonymous and aggregated information. We may create anonymized and aggregated information, such as de-identified demographic or location information or information about the devices used to access our Services. This is used, for example, to measure interest in and use of different parts of the Services. Anonymized or aggregated information is not Personal Information, and we may use it for research, internal analysis, analytics and any other legally permissible purpose, and share it within Duste Games and with Third Parties in a form designed to prevent anyone from identifying you.
- Providing Services on mobile devices. When you use Services designed for mobile devices, we collect information your device sends, such as a device identifier, user settings, location information, mobile carrier and operating system. Some mobile versions of our games may require you to log in with an account, in which case information about your use of the game may be associated with that account.
3.3 Cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, analytics and interest-based advertising
We and Third Parties that provide content, advertising or other functionality on our Services may use Cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies (“Technologies”) to collect information automatically. These are small data files placed on your computer, tablet, phone or other device that let us record certain information when you visit or interact with our sites, services, applications, messaging and tools and recognize you across devices.
Cookies are small text files placed in your browser to store your preferences. Most browsers let you block and delete Cookies, but if you do, the Site may not work properly. A pixel tag (also called a web beacon) is code embedded on a page that records engagement, for example that a user visited a particular page or clicked a particular ad. Our Site may include social media features such as a Facebook “Like” button or LinkedIn widgets, which may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting and may set a cookie.
We may use Google Analytics, including Demographics and Interest Reporting, to understand visitor behavior and demographics and to develop website content. This analytics data is not tied to any Personal Information. Information generated by Google Analytics, including your truncated IP address, is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the United States. Because IP anonymization is enabled, your IP address is truncated within a European Union or European Economic Area member state before transmission. Learn more at policies.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our use of these Technologies falls into the following categories:
- Operationally necessary: required for our sites, services, applications and tools to work.
- Performance: used to assess how our sites, applications, services and tools perform, including analytics that help us understand how visitors use them.
- Functionality: used to offer enhanced functionality when you use our sites, services, applications or tools.
- Advertising or targeting: first-party or Third-party Cookies and web beacons used to deliver content, including ads relevant to your interests, on our sites or on Third-party sites.
You can opt out of these Technologies by blocking, deleting or disabling them as your browser or device allows.
3.4 Third-party websites, social media platforms and software development kits
The Site may contain links to other websites, and other websites may link to our Site or Services. We do not control, endorse, screen or approve these websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website and application you use. You visit them at your own risk.
Our Services may include publicly accessible blogs, community forums or private messaging, and links to or interactive features from social media platforms. If you already use those platforms, their Cookies may be set on your device when you use our Site or Services. Personal Information you voluntarily post in a public blog, chat room, social media platform or open forum may be viewed and used by others without restriction. We cannot control such uses, and by using those services you accept the risk that Third Parties may view and use the information for any number of purposes.
3.5 Third-party payment processing
We may sell Virtual Items or merchandise through our Services. Purchases are processed through Third-party applications including the Apple App Store, Google Play and the Amazon Appstore (together with similar stores, “App Stores”) and social networking sites. These applications may collect financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Duste Games, including your name, email address, address and other billing information. App Stores do not share this financial information with us.

We require them to agree in writing to keep Personal Information confidential and secure and to use it only for the purpose for which we provided it.
- Friends and other users. If you play our games or register through a social network, your social network friends may see your name, profile photo and descriptions of your game activity. Other players may also see your game activity, contact you through in-game chat where available and view your game profile, which may include your name or player name and profile photo.
- Interest-based advertising and Third-party marketing. We may allow Third-party advertising partners to set tracking tools such as Cookies to collect information within our Services.
- To protect us or others. We may access, preserve and disclose your Personal Information, account information and content if we believe it is required or appropriate to (i) comply with law enforcement or national security requests and legal process such as a court order or subpoena; (ii) respond to your requests; (iii) protect your, our or others’ rights, property or safety; (iv) enforce our policies or contracts; (v) collect amounts owed to us; (vi) prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation or prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity; or (vii) where we otherwise believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary or advisable.
- Merger, sale or other asset transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction as permitted by law and contract. When we transfer Personal Information internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is treated securely, lawfully and as described in this policy.
Privacy laws differ between jurisdictions, so the laws where your information is transferred, stored or processed may differ from those where you live. By providing information to Duste Games you consent to its storage in these locations. If you use our Services from the European Union or another region with laws governing data collection and use, you agree to the transfer of your information to Türkiye and the United States and to its processing globally.
By visiting the Site, using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms of this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and that disputes arising in connection with Duste Games or the Site will be resolved in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Where you have consented to our processing of your Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by opening an in-game support ticket where available, by sending a request through our support form or by emailing info@duste.co.
Even if you opt out, we may still collect and use anonymized, non-personal information about your activity on our Services. Although we make good-faith efforts to give Individuals access to their Personal Information, there may be circumstances in which we cannot, for example when the information is legally privileged, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, would be disproportionately burdensome or expensive to provide relative to the privacy risk or is commercially proprietary. If we restrict access, we will explain why and give you a contact point for further questions. To protect your privacy, we will take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or changing your Personal Information.
